You’ll have to run the following sql statements to fix. You will get an error message on a couple of the “Drop Index” statements saying that the index doesn’t exist. Just ignore those and go on to the next one. It doesn’t really affect anything except the lookups, but if a customer needs the fix, run the following SQL statement:

DROP INDEX "customer"."key0";

DROP INDEX "customer"."key1";

DROP INDEX "customer"."key2";

DROP INDEX "customer"."key3";

DROP INDEX "customer"."key4";

DROP INDEX "customer"."key5";

CREATE UNIQUE NOT MODIFIABLE INDEX "key0" ON "customer"("customer_id");

CREATE INDEX "key1" ON "customer"("customer_name");

CREATE INDEX "key2" ON "customer"("customer_type");

CREATE INDEX "key3" ON "customer"("customer_type");

CREATE INDEX "key4" ON "customer"("main_phone_area_code");

CREATE INDEX "key5" ON "customer"("main_phone");
