When some computers are having problems printing company logos on reports, it is usually a result of some other application taking control of BMP file extensions. To fix this:

 Part One 
1.Go to Start and select My Computer. A window should open at this point. 
2.Click on the Tools menu and select Folder Options. 
3.Click on the File Types tab. 
4.Scroll down to the BMP file type and click once on it. 
5.Click on the Delete button once to delete that file type. 
6.Click on OK. 
7.Close out that window. 

Part Two 
1.Go to Start and select Control Panels and select Add Remove Programs. 
2.Click on Add/Remove Windows Components.
3.Accessories should be selected. 
4.Click on the Details button. 
5.Click on Details again. 
6.Click once on Paint to select it and click once on the check box to delete the checkmark. 
7.Click on OK. 
8.Click on OK again. 
9.Click on Next. Windows will look like it is copying files to your computer. 
10.Click on Add/Remove Windows Components again. 
11.Click on Details. 
12.Click on Details again. 
13.Click once on Paint to select it and click once on the check box to add the checkmark. 
14.Click on OK. 
15.Click on OK again. 
16.Click on Next. Windows will look like it is copying files again. 
17.Close out the Add/Remove Programs window. 1
8.Restart Windows.
