This error is usually a permissions related error.

Solution:

Have your Network Admin check to make sure windows users have full control over the following directories:

C:\Program Files\"KSS PRODUCT"
C:\temp
C:\windows\temp
X:\live data directory\

In Trax-it

When working in Traxit, getting a 75 error. This means the file you they have images stored in is full. They'll have to choose a new file for Traxit to scan to. Or they can create a sub-folder in the folder they are using, but they can't scan until they change that path.
