Getting this error when attempting to log into the program indicates a corrupt toolbar.ini file.
Browse to the Program Files\"KSS Product"\ directory and locate the toolbar.ini file. Delete it from the folder and log into the program.
If they are in Glasstrax it will be in the GlassTraxFiles folder. If they are in windows 7 then it may be in the
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86). The Admin folder would be whatever login the user was using to log into windows. Usually it is the persons name.
The file can also be found in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Metal Trax folder.
