This error can be caused by a bug in the system, but more often it is a result of the system trying to pull up more data than what the particular form in the program is designed to handle. This error often occurs when trying to pull up the customer activity for a CASH customer that has several thousand transactions. The system is unable to bring in all transactions, and returns a RTE 6.
If the RTE 6 is data related, purging old history might resolve this issue. System Supervisors can use the Purge Data utiltiies in the Utilities Program to purge old data.
If the RTE 6 is not data related and appears to be a result of a bug, please contact KSS tech support for resolution.
