"No avaliable transport protocol for the Pervasive Network Services Layer"

This error indicates a problem communicating with the Pervasive engine over the internal network. 


Try rebooting the workstation and restarting the Pervasive Services on the Server. Make sure everyone is out of the program before restarting the Pervasive services. If this problem persists, you may need to reinstall the Pervasive clients and server and consult your network admin.
