"Invalid USING path/filename"

This problem occurs when the Pervasive client cannot communicate with the Pervasive Engine on the server, and cannot find the path to the update.dat in your live data directory.

Steps to resolve this issue:

1. Reboot workstation. Make sure the Mapped drive containing your shared live data files is accessible.
2. If the problem persists after rebooting the workstation, restart the pervasive services on the server.
3. A persistent 3020 error may require re-installation of the Pervasive Engine and Client applications.
