"The MicroKernel or Btrieve Requester is Inactive"

This error occurs when the mapped drive is inaccessible, or there is some other issue preventing the Pervasive Client from communicating with the Pervasive Server. 

Solution:

Check the Mapped drive, and connection to the network. If there are no problems there, then reboot the workstation and restart the Pervasive Services on the Server.  If you still experience problems, reinstall the Pervasive Client on the workstation.
